Policies

General Information 

  • Check-in time 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm. Check-out time 11:00 am
  • Children over age 7 welcome
  • We regret we have no facilities for pets
  • Continental breakfast served daily between 8:00 am – 9:30 am
  • Inn quiet hours daily between 10:00 pm – 7:00 am
  • Bikes available for use on first come first serve basis

Reservation Policy

  • All bookings require a one night’s stay deposit (plus tax).  A stay of one night requires advance payment in full to guarantee a room. 
  • Minimum stays of 2-3 nights apply in season, weekends and holidays.

Cancellation Policy 

A $25 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. The reservation holder is responsible for all nights rented. The deposit, minus the cancellation fee, is refundable with a 14 day prior notification of cancellation or if the room can be re-rented. For a partial cancellation the reservation holder is responsible for payment of days canceled unless a 14 day notification is given or if re-rental occurs.
