Isaiah Hall Inn

Guest agrees to be responsible for any damages caused to the inn property during their stay. The inn reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items. Additionally, Guest agrees to pay for any extra cleaning fees incurred due to excessive mess or damage to the room and/or other areas of the property. The inn will provide a detailed itemized invoice for any such charges. Guest authorizes the inn to charge the credit card on file for these additional amounts.

Guest acknowledges that any outstanding balance due for their reservation, including room rate, applicable taxes, and any additional charges incurred during their stay, shall be charged to the credit card on file at the time of checkout. In the event that charges are not cleared at checkout, the credit card information provided and the acknowledgment of this agreement shall constitute authorization for the inn to charge all outstanding amounts. Guest further authorizes Isaiah Hall Inn to charge the credit card on file for any incidental charges, including but not limited to room service, additional amenities, or other expenses incurred during the stay. The inn will provide a complete itemized receipt of all charges at checkout. Any disputes regarding charges must be raised within 30 days of checkout.
